Priyadarshini Mattoo Case:
A son of an IPS officer raped and murdered a girl in India - year 1999.
The Supreme Court of India in 2010 upheld the conviction of Santosh Kumar Singh in the 12-year-old Priyadarshini Mattoo rape and murder case but reduced the death sentence to life imprisonment, saying certain things were in his favour.
Singh was acquitted by the trial court on December 3, 1999, but the Delhi high court had on October 27, 2006, reversed that decision by holding him guilty of rape and murder.
Even after so many evidences and the DNA test conclusively prove his guilt he is just getting a life sentence by SC... what a Shame on Indian Judicial System!!

Hang me if I'm proved guilty: Suresh Kalmadi - on Common Wealth Corruption Issue
LOL!! This Statement is a JOKE. Every corrupt politician in India is using this when he is caught red handed or have any charges against him!! They know nothing is gonna happen.. bastards..
Even when terrorists like KASAB and Afzal Guru are proved guilty in India. Are they hanged yet??
Why is Kalmadi so confident in his statement:
Kalmadi knows that in India, when terrorists are not hanged. How would he be?
Also, the congress government is there to protect him. At last, he has made enough money to buy the judges of supreme court too. No corrupt politician or bureaucrat has been proved guilty by the indian law, so you are safe Mr. Kalmadi.

A Round of applause to all our intellectuals who have portrayed India as a nation full of opportunities on the world stage...
..A nation which is ranked 134 on HDI! ..where thousands of farmers are selling their land or committing suicide to repay their debt.. where AJMAL KASAB is STILL ALIVE after killing so many people!! Great.. Great..
...where '93 bomb blast victims are still hoping for a judgement -> as a result, one the longest trials in India's history is still ongoing!!!

Student commits suicide over Telangana
People gone mad in India..
Do any MLAs,MPs or their kins commit suicides? NO.
Only foolish people does. The politicians will take benefit of the Telangana issue and soon all the tax payer's money of that new state will flow into their swiss bank accounts! thats all!
I really don't see any reason for people to take such steps.
Guys.. Try taking some creative steps instead of putting your family members in trauma. And people who are encouraging this acts are real coward to take this path of protest. GROW UP!!

Cost of keeping Ajmal kasab alive: Rs 50 crore and counting..
Guess how much India is spending on keeping the sole surviving 26/11 Pakistani terrorist alive and healthy in prison?
Over Rs 50 crore and counting.
Almost 2 years have gone after the terror attack on Mumbai, the cash-strapped Democratic Front government in Maharashtra has so far spent a staggering Rs 50 crore, or nearly Rs 8 lacs per day, to keep the 22-year-old terrorist from the Pakistani town of Faridkot safe and secure for further trials. (Even after he is sentenced to death by special court, he can move to High Court to fight his case).
On the post-terror attack expenditure, following the directives of the Centre, besides procuring weapons for emergency use, vehicles and equipment, two special cells were created inside Arthur Road jail and JJ hospital at Mumbai. There was a huge expenditure on the construction of a special cell inside the high-security Arthur Road jail. It has been designed in such a manner that even if a truck laden with explosives were to ram into it, the cell would not be dented (Amazing!!). Such safeguards were considered essential to protect Kasab's life - and to establish Pakistan's involvement in the attack. (WTF???)
Besides the special prison cell, another cell was created inside JJ Hospital for Kasab's treatment. A bullet-proof cell was created in the JJ Hospital premises. But Kasab was never taken there, instead, doctors were summoned to the Arthur Road jail, whenever Kasab had a health problem. Incidentally, Kasab, who was wounded before being captured, has been attended to by anywhere between 16-24 doctors for his various ailments in the past year. (And poor people injured by merciless BMW owners are not even allowed to have treatment in good hospitals!!)
There is also a huge outgo on deployment of central forces to guard the Arthur Road jail and towards payment of fees for the public prosecutor and lawyers appearing for Kasab.
This expenditure is likely to increase as Kasab may face more trials as he plans to move to the High Court and eventually, to the Supreme Court of India. Well Done Indian Government!!!

An Ant and A Grasshopper - The True Indian Story
The Ant works hard in the withering heat all summer building its house and laying up supplies for the winter. The Grasshopper thinks the Ant is a fool and laughs & dances & plays the summer away.
Come winter, the Ant is warm and well fed. The Grasshopper has no food or shelter so he dies out in the cold.
**Indian Version:**

Come winter, the shivering Grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the Ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving.
- NDTV, BBC, CNN show up to provide pictures of the shivering Grasshopper next to a video of the Ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food.
- The World is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be that this poor Grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?
- Arundhati Roy stages a demonstration in front of the Ant's house.
- Medha Patkar goes on a fast along with other Grasshoppers demanding that Grasshoppers be relocated to warmer climates during winter.
- Mayawati states this as `injustice' done on Minorities.
