Why is Kalmadi so confident in his statement:

Kalmadi knows that in India, when terrorists are not hanged. How would he be?
Also, the congress government is there to protect him. At last, he has made enough money to buy the judges of supreme court too. No corrupt politician or bureaucrat has been proved guilty by the indian law, so you are safe Mr. Kalmadi.
